Welcome to Sola AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sola AI mobile application and the website at sola-beauty.com (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Sola AI Inc. ("Sola," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading the app, or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Your Account
When you create a Sola account, you agree to:

Permitted Use

Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Service.
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its content.
Upload harmful content, malware, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service.
Subscriptions & Billing
Sola AI offers a free tier and paid subscription plans:
Free Trial
New users receive a 3-day free trial of premium features. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be billed according to your selected plan.
Recurring Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through your Apple ID or payment method on file. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store or your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust pricing. You will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the paid Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, algorithms, and design elements of the Service are the exclusive property of Sola AI Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any personal content you submit to the Service (e.g., diary entries, photos). By submitting content, you grant Sola a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
